Want to compare two big files (150 mb each) nd want to find non-matching word..?

Question

After comparison output store in a file with description of all non matching words for each row.
It will count
1.how many rows are non matching
2.what is the length of row and
3.how many characters are not matching for each row..

Answer 1

first split them.
md5 them .
then search in those who md5 not matching

Anyone has solution for above question..!?
