Who is confident enough to keep sensitive files in the public directory, with the inclusion of well secured code? PHP.

What makes well secured code in this case, considering everything "public" is publicly available? I don't mean files with passwords, usernames etc as they're in my case in James Bond mode. I mean files that may have locations of other files.

I just dont save my code/data in public directory.
