If you really want to learn Oracle database then i would suggest you to learn offline i.e. join any Oracle training institute and learn there because in online mode you can not learn it easily but in offline mode you can ask from trainer anything you are not understanding. I would suggest you at first to check for certification 1Z0-071.

PS : There are exams that do not lead to certification but it is necessary as preparation exam in order to give others exams.
