Understanding of Viewport (html)

Question

If I make something(coding) on a desktop(computer), is there a way to make it show the desktop view on iPhone screen; So it's not zoomed in and it shows only part of the code on iPhone screen. I want the code I made on desktop to show up on my phone screen without cutting any parts; of course it will be smaller on iPhone, but I don't want it to be as big as the desktop and cut off parts.
Which viewport would you use to do that?
