How to chose a project for my majors (this project we are going to show to HRs during our campus placement)??

Question

I got only 1 month to complete our project and just now in 2 days I have to submit the topic of my project.
We have been asked that project should have new technologies like Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or should be an Iot based project. Means it should be based on recent technology.
One major problem with me is that I have studied about all these, have done some sort of practical work also but I am not so confident about making a live project. Can someone please help me with some solution??

In the politest way possible, it isn't anyone's job to do this for you because you left it to the last minute. That was the advice my dissertation class was given so I'm sharing it with you.

Have a think about what you think you could reasonably make, go for something you're interested in and submit it, then ask for help from a supervisor/teacher. You have a month, start working now.

Actually I haven't left it for last minute. We have been given information about all this 2 days ago and our authority gave us only 1 month.
And about projects, we are asked to make in even semsters but this time they asked in odd semester.
I just need 2 to 3 ideas because I am getting confused.
