HTML Head Tag
Why is the head tag <head></head> called a non-visual part of a HTML document? And why can we put any words within those tags?

It is used for styling, script references, meta data etc which are not displayed.

As Sonic said and some for and <style>,<script> tags information

because the containt written in head tag cannot display it is use to link another scripts.
