Add specific number to variable every 5 minutes.

Question

var count = 0
if (count >= 0; count++; 999;)
document.getElementById("count").innerHTML

I havent done this for a while. I need extra code for time. Also I want the change to make a difference at the same place not one underneath the other. This does nothing. I remind myself about the language and get back on the correct path. many thanks
