How do I find small projects and communities where I can help and learn from other programmers?

I know that github, stackoverflow and even sololearn has a great community of both beginner and experienced programmers, but I would like to join a real team for hobby projects where I can practice and work as a team to growing as a programmer.
Btw I code Web, C/C++ & WinAPI/OpenGL, Java & Swing, Android, Python, OS Assembly...
