For the best app for ethical hacking, I recommend Termux.
Termux is a terminal emulator which stimulates the Linux OS.
Most of the commands that work on a Linux system work with termux.
As you might already know, Linux is one of the most preferred by hackers.

You will need to learn how to use it to learn ethical hacking. Check out for videos on this on YouTube.

The language I prefer for ethical hacking is python.
You will find out that most of the hacking tools are written in python.
