I looked at the SoloLearn tutorial and I have used these before, but for some reason this code isn't working, why?

function Timer(func, seconds=1) {
seconds = seconds * 1000;
setTimeout(func, seconds);
}
}
var x = new _();
x.Timer(HI(),2);
function HI() {
alert("hi");
}
