Should I prefer using html tags seperatly or use them inside the script tag using Java script?

As we all know that we can use html tags in Java script inside the script tag and the header tag. But when I started learning Java I knew this fact and I asked in this forum that which is a more convenient way. I hope I get good answers😀😀

1.Javascript and java are different.
2.Why would you use html tags inside script tag.
3. I think you are asking what is the best place to place your script....is it body or inside header.
