Certainly!
It may take a few months, a few years or even decades after you complete the course, but you can certainly make an app after this course.
All jokes aside, you could but you would need knowledge of GUI packages like javaFX to make even a simple application. The best way to make an app, is to know what you want to make, find out if it is possible to make and then research the things you need to make it happen.
