If we keep the html format in wrong format why it does not show any error?

its not a compile language or interpreted language that need syntax to be checked before it gives an output, thats why you wont want to say its a programming language

It isn't a programming language but you can use the w3c html validation or any other online validator to check any error.

Modern browsers tend to try to correct their self on their own. However, you can still validate your HTML to make sure it is correct. https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/
