Look if you are just in your intermediate then you can go for learning advance python.
And if you are in your graduation and you Know basics of python and definitely go for machine learning.
If not then you should go for web development.. python will be way much helpful for you.
Or else GUI, AI, networking are other area where python is useful

I would suggest to solve practice problems in Hackerrank or Codechef. You can complete in competitions. It will help in building your profile.

Also start pushing your code in GitHub.

Explore and get familiar will all the python packages.

Finally, based on your interest start learning other software which will complement your career goal along with python.
