Where are registered C++ standards? Are there all C++ standards (C++98, C++11, C++14, C++17...)? If not, does C++ change from compiler to compiler? (except pragmas)

Self answering: for who is interested C++ standards can be purchased on isocpp.org (it seems there's only the most recent). Some syntaxes change on some compilers or operative systems.
