Why I cant seek, autoplay an audio I have placed in the file?

Hi guys.I have recently taken the lesson of embedding audio in the HTML 5. But while I was practicing out of my lesson, I found that the seek and the autoplay aint working.Can anyone help me on this?

Here is the code.....

Dont worry about the link. I converted the "Without you -Avicci " song by using onlinevideoconverter.com and took the link.The link usually expires after a bit. You can try using another link.

Please help me to solve that problem..
