its just english is an international lingua franca. its generally known various country.
so with english java can reach more people, than using lesser known language. i mean can you believe if java actually using javanese language ? we would also need to learn javanese. it would be too much bother.

My question is why can't make java our own language or our language machine code?

the main problem is, its already designed like that. its already part of the system to recognize java as it is.
but you actually can, but its more like make a new programming laguage. since in the end you'll need to parse the entire thing and translating it to something that make sense to-- in this case the --JVM

You can't change the language because it is essentially it's own language; I can write java on my computer and yours will understand it because it knows what java is.
If everyone wrote their code in different languages, there wouldn't be any consistency (or rather it would be difficult to maintain consistency) in code because every language would do it differently. As Taste said, English was picked because it is well known (even if that is because most English speakers never learn a second language lol).

It's target some English speaking peoples only. Because why if someone new to java they should learn English first after that java language. It's make sense. May be imperlisim conspiracy

Conspiracy is probably going a bit far; originally code languages were limited by the capability of computers, which for a while could only handle Latin alphabet characters - see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_in_computing
The major code languages were written in English by native English speakers, and spread in English due to it being a relatively popular language. There are wuite a few non-English code languages (as well as some translations - see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-English-based_programming_languages), however they are not as prevalent because the English coding languages have been around quite a while.
I would certainly agree that there is a race issue in coding, as only being in english can be alienating, however if you have a look at those pages i linked to developments are being made.
