Anyone uses the Visual studio 2019 version ??

I'm trying to follow along to tutorials with the 2019 version and I am just super confused, idk what I'm doing AT ALL. Is there a way to run my code in a console directly from VS ?? Sorry if you think this is a stupid question:D

There is a terminal

If you click the status bar and drag mouse up, you can bring up a console.

Or press CTRL + SHIFT+ Y if you're on windows.
