How to make Windows Forms without VS?

Can I edit C# code to make Windows Forms without using Visual studio?

I think this is not good way. Visual Studio is useful.
But I want to try to make forms from source codes.

You use Visual Studia for Compile code so you can use other programs for it but with out Compiler computer wont understand you. I hope then i helped you.
