Stick to JavaScript. For a good website, use HTML, CSS, and JS minimally. You could add PHP and SQL if needed.

In a multi-tier application depends which layer you want to focus on 🤔

It depends on the site you want to build. If you need to allow people to login, or to store user related data, you will need PHP. If you just want a static page go with HTML Master's suggestion. @HTML Master

Well, 1. Interest 2. Focus 3. Time 4. A computer device 5. A text editor 6. A browser 7. Knowledge of HTML (page write up) 8. Knowledge of CSS (page design) 9. Knowledge of JavaScript (page interaction or back-end) or python or php or sql (page back-end). 10. Then upload your codes. 11. That's all, not too much, right? 😂
