That thing should not be much difficult in structure, every camera is connected to a compurer that does a face recognition from the camera data and sends to the main computer which is eagle eye. Initially, eagle eye requests the image that you are searching for, the computers that do face recognition also compares the initial image with all the actual most recent faces

DarkC0der💀 The languages that support computer vision and face recognition, so I would use python and c++, but in some cases there would be need for using other languages too, therefore this project would not be language oriented
