how to make a random number generator? (JS)

This is the function for you: Math.random. It generates a random bumber between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (exclusive). You can get a random number between two numbers with this "formula":
Math.random() * (max - min) + min

You can use that formula but sometimes you will get double result. You need to use Math.ceil().Math.floor() to change them into int

it will generate  a number between 0 and 9, but not 10.
