which is best text editer for windows user for web designing ? and why ?

I like Aptana, Eclipse and Atom.
Why? hmm it looks nice, easy handling, a lot pf plugins so you can expand it for your needs.

Eclipse and Aptana are a bit old, but yeah its a amtter of taste.

i know a lot of guys which prefer the simple notepad.
