Is there any possibility in future to make single programming language of all programming languages?

Means can we mixed up all programming languages and make a single programming language. As we know that new technologies are coming day by day. So there maybe any possibility to achieve this. I want to know others people's openion.

Only if its the highest layer of programming otherwise it wouldn't be so compatible I guess =)

Each language has a unique syntax, instruction set and data type that run on a specific environment. A unified language would be ideal but nearly impossible to achieve

Jacob Heath (CHALLENGE ME) not really, like I said earlier, nearly impossible. Just a common syntax for contructs and datastructs

Opinion: No! The reason is technology changes over time so the programming languages will change over time. I have been programming for over 47 years. I started programming in 1972. As artificial intelligence progresses the robots will have the capability to use one language. The robots intelligence will supersede mankind's intelligence. Since many important literature may be accessed by Internet the future will have smart robots.
