Though sometimes those people are hanging out in outside chat (you'll see what happens with long threads)...I know for a fact that those people--rising stars and seasoned pros--are here.

He thinks there is no professionals here. There are probably a few lurking around. But I would imagine that it is mostly people who are learning as that is the whole point of sololearn. But to say no one good is a bit of a stretch. There are plenty of good programmers here.
