Which one? And why?

But if you a beginner I recommend you to start with Vue then you can move on any framework easy

Depends on your needs. Each framework has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Master JavaScript first,
Now Vue is easiest of them all followed by react and then Angular.
Although I personally started with React as it's popular among big companies.

Vue.js is better. Learn Vue then use it with either Nuxt.js or Quasar. Quasar allows you to build desktop or mobile apps on any platform with Vue.js with the same code and is much easier than React Native. If I had to choose between Angular or React, Angular is better.
