How you guys predict right Hexadecimal Color?

For that you could use color picker
It really hard to identify complicated colours

00 -> dark
FF -> light

To create red colour
# 00 FF FF

For blue
# FF FF 00

For green
# FF 00 FF

Black is
# 00 00 00

White is
# FF FF FF

other colours like yellow, green can be created from combination of above colours

Green
#0000FF
Blue
#FFFF00
Yellow
#FF00FF
Magenta
#00FFFF
Cyan
And between black and white if we set same value for all three there will be some shade of grey depending on value...
I know these basics i was talking about other colors....
