Executing on the console

Why everything I write with c++ only gets executed on the console.
Is this just at the beginning of my learning journey if so when i am gonna have results out of the console ??

And if u could u guys explain to me the meaning of the console??❤️

thanks for the info, but i do nit think that my question is answered or mybe i do not understand
my question is why everything runs on console how can i make for example a game if it just runs on console
