Where do I start

there's a game I played for 5 years straight and got taken down due to not making enough money.
I have almost no programming experience what so ever. I have no clue where to start. I need to remake this game. please give me all the advice you can.

I suggest to learn JAVA&JS, a good example is Minecraft and i think you know what is.
