Which app is best for making html on windows? Is notepad++ best??

Notepad++ is cool, but I prefer Visual Studio Code. It's interface is neat and it has a lot of snippets and extensions. Sublime text is good as well 😊

from my experiences notepad++ is not for beginners it is HTML editor or other program you run on it so I can't say best but better.

There are tons of options available. Notepad++ is ok, Aptana Studio, VS Code, Sublime Text.... What matters is what you find most useful for what you want to use it for: if it's just HTML then any notepad will do, but if you are going to use it for other programming, you might prefer a more versatile IDE. Try some out until you find one you like.

Basically you can uses any text editor from Visual Studio Code to Notepad as long as the file extension is ‘.html’.
