Does the app keep track of completed challenges and their outcome?

Eric you can see completed challenges answer by scroll down and click on view correct answer. They will keep the answer till that time when you not clear the challenge record in challenge section.

But there is also a function to customize your notifications. You can disable all the stuff you don't need.

Or you can check your notifications and scroll to when you last had a challenge although that's stressful since other notifications flood in.
