Just a small question (pointless really)

If I were to make the paragraph element the color blue in CSS
Would "<p font color="GG9387">"
override it? For as long as I'm using that paragraph tag?

Yes, I think tags should have higher precedence to modify it's content than a global rule for a group of elements.
