To the php programmers how can i make php work on my pc

Question

How can i use php on vs-code? Please any body who can teach me how to install and use it from the scratch on windows 7, 32 bit

I tried to configure it but it was showing "php executable is not in path" then i added it to path but i still get the same problem it also tells some other things i dont understand.
I'm so tired if this problem😩😩
I don't even know what to do😞
Please any advice?🙏🙏

I've downloaded it and added it to path but the code doesn't debug

I use wamp. A full application comes ensuite with mqsql and phpMyAdmin.
On youtube you can see a proper configuration

download WAMP server.. and install it then wait until the color become green then goto wamp/www
add project inside www folder and just run it. also dont forget to add the localhost like

localhost/index.php
