Need to make an online scoreboard!

Question

I need to make an online scoreboard which displays scores of various teams and the scores can be upgraded by me by using a login id and password and on client side they can only see the scores but not edit them. Ianguage: javascript, php, html, css

Please help asap :(

But how can i update it over the web so that other people get to see the update in score
