rule is empty html to css

when going from html to css on this site, i get an error of 'rule is empty'.
i dont know what this means, if it is a problem or how to fix it.
the page is the same

It's a warning that you can ignore. It's only there because it expects the body { } to have something in it.

This Is Not A Problem And The Code Should Work Correctly,If You Don't Want To See This Message You Should Add Some CSS Properties Inside The Rule,Or You Can Delete It If You Don't Want To Use It.
