Why can't my husband sign in? Says there is no internet connection.
He is on the same exact internet and the same type phone as me but I have no issue signing in.

Found the solution. Somehow, some of his security certificates were turned off in the lock screen and security menu of the phone. Turned them back on and no more problems.

Please add 'SoloLearn' to the Relevant Tags, a misunderstanding shouldn't have happened having that in tags, but being without, people may misunderstood you were asking in regard to another thing/platform, which considered as off-topic.

Tried that. Don't work. He has the exact same kind of phone as me and on the same wifi. He has even tried switching to data instead of Wi-Fi and still nothing. Apparently he is not the only one that has had this issue cause there is alot of comments on Google play mentioning the same problem.
