its better to take free course on youtube and start applying all what you watch,
you should start learning html,css, JavaScript, bootstrap,jquery
after that you can learn ui/ux for design skills
its all for front-end development

if you want back-end:
start python
Django
api
ajax
but after front-end procedure

front-end is the part of what will appear to the users like pages ,contents,forms...etc
backend is what happens in the server such as web dashboard, database, security, authentication...etc

i started html on khan academy and then i did html, css and bootstrap here.

just do the html course here, when you have problems with a certain topic search if someone else had the problem if not post a question about the problem.
