How can I program colors, graphics or even sound in C++?

Heyho there, i really want to know how i can implement information Like colors or sounds in C++. I hoped that the course will extend and leave the "console-stage" but that is not the case, it seems. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, i specific mentioned C++, because it was the first language of my choosing.
Is there any programming language, which does have Standard library functions these kind of output?
