me mostly access stuff. I designed an database system for an employment agency which matched (shortlisted) potential candidates to positions based on their skillset. Once employed it tracked employees start and finish times which allowed the payroll people to quickly process pays. (for the contract casuals anyway)

my best experience was having a folder with over 5000 Rom files needing sorted. every once in a while I would manually sort a few. one day heading home from work it hit me, a for loop with the proper argument could do that for me.. about a dozen lines of Python later I had all my files sorted in a matter of seconds. I expanded my program to include file extention change and gave it a GUI.. Never used it again, but I have it if I need it My only regret is I don't have enough things that need done so my programming practice is more random than with a purpose

Some of my hobbies include motorcycles and camping, I love to bake bread and cook. Also; I'm a trained pyrotechnician. I've been doing commercial fireworks in the summer since 2008.

next topic: what is your dream job? it doesnt have to be realistic, or even related to programming. I'd be a professional dancer and perform for pop music artist and compete. programming-wise I'd want to work for Google. Maybe senior developer and travel. edit: best job ever- programming for the Just Dance game!!!

So to start off, what has been the best experience you have had programming? Mine was completing a full mock webpage for a presentation. :)
