I recommend to begin with html and css to easily create simple webpages then Php/Sql (and JavaScript) for dynamic websites. For programming, C++ is a powerful language (use by NASA and gaming industry), you can learn gradually and many tools are free and easy to use to begin in this language (for windows, mac and Linux).
