Why is stuff not learned yet asked in the challenges?

When I challenge someone (of the same level as I am) , I get asked stuff that only appears like 3 levels later. Is that normal? Does your level matter at all?

regardless of level at first you would get easy question with high XP but after that questions will be harder.

ya most of the times it happened with me too.
most of the quiz questions are submitted and upvoted by learners like us so might be this would be the reason.
but still they must fix it soon .
