Wrong Answer on Prime Integer Generator

Question

The problem is to get an output of prime numbers from 2 to n with n is an user input. The constraint is 2 <= n <= 1000001. When i wrote the program and run it, it gave me right output. But when submitting it to an online judge, it gave me WA (Wrong Answer). What did i do wrong? The program is as follows in C
