Can Anyone Tell me how to Smoothly Move a Panel in Windows Form C#

Question

i have a Form in which i want a panel to Move Smoothly in Form Container . i Have Used String size ++ method to rise but it is not smoothly move .

set a timer , interval 1000 milisecs and move the panel in every timer's tick
