What is Image Processing and Computer Vision?

Cam anyone please let me know the Concept of image Processing and Computer Vision?

Image processing is basically taking image as input and altered i.e changing it rgb channels,blurring,smoothing or sharpening and altered image is returned... But computer vision has to do with being able to infer or understand the image or video that's taken as input ,Computer vision is all about recognise patterns for interpretation of my images. Much like the process of visual reasoning of human vision; we can distinguish between objects, classify them, sort them according to their size, and so forth. although CV uses image processing to infer or understand data.
