About tag <table></table>

Question

Can I use <td> first then use < tr> like this:
<table>
<td>
<tr>....</tr>
<tr>....</tr>
</td>
<td>
.....
</td>

I have try this but it's dont work.... Must I use <tr> first then use <td> ?????

Yes because first you make the rows then the columns
