If I accidentally make a challenge with a user, how can I close it? (I hope I've written this question well)

I don't think you can stop the challenge once you start it. In previous versions there were *features* to opt out but it has been fixed now.
And even if you come out, if you don't complete that challenge in specific time it gets completed automatically :/
