For web coding you can use Sublime Text Editor or Visual Studio Code (VSC). But VSC is good. For web coding with Java you can use eclipse.

You can use visual studio, atom, sublime text etc. But I think visual studio will be best.

Use any editor, but note one thing. It is in perfect harmony with your PC. Second, use for a long time. Finally, you will find any editor the best. Because any editor can be improved using the plugin. But if your PC is slow, it can disturb your mood.

I use a heavily personalised Atom editor for web and sometimes Python, sublime-text for Python, and Visual Studio for C#

I don’t use one. Notepad++ works well enough for me right now.
