I can't decide what position to apply for. Javascript is language i know best(but i dont know any framework),and styling is not my strongest side. Should I go for frontend or just Javascript dev.?

Interviewers always like to ask the question that you included in the resume. If you do not know the framework you don't need to include it. And usually they ask basic programming questions to fresher because they have to give training to fresher .

Starting with frontend and then moving for backend is what i advise. All the best!

Probably none of them, because JavaScript (and most languages) are not enough on their own, you should at least learn js frameworks. Also, with more practice you can get better at styling, since it's really easy.
