Upgrade php from 5.4 to 5.6

I downloaded a php 7 and how do i make a visual studio code to be able to interact with it because I can't run trait on php version 5.4

wet water ))) u puting me on the right track man but, after I download the wamp server the wamp was requesting for msvcp 120 and msvcp 140, I downloaded the 120 and yet still requesting for the 120 and 140
