When to start freelancing?

I just want to ask about the requirements to be eligible to start freelancing.
I know Html,Css,js,java, Python

But how much should i prepare my skills, how much deeper knowledge should i have to be able to do FREELANCING jobs?

I always have a fear in my mind .. that I won't be able to complete the tasks and will be ashamed..
What to do? Please help...

Start on freelance with light tasks, follow them and earn a reputation. gradually, with the advent of experience, take more complex tasks, some customers need only small edits already something ready.

or for your practice, you can read the job without referring to the customer, try to do it yourself. if you succeed, you will feel confident for the next time
